Andrew C. Murphy serves as Managing Director at Blue Owl Capital since May 2021 and at Owl Rock Capital since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Vice President and Managing Counsel at OppenheimerFunds from August 2017 to May 2019, and Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Goldman Sachs from August 2007 to July 2017. Additionally, Andrew held the position of Vice President and Counsel at AllianceBernstein from February 2001 to June 2007. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston College Law School (1998-2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity College-Hartford. Andrew's educational background also includes attendance at Phillips Exeter Academy and Brockton High School.
