Jim Gemus is the CEO and Founder of Eagle View Advisors, LLC, specializing in employee benefits and leadership/business management consulting since July 2021. Currently, Jim serves on the advisory boards of owl.co and Alliant Insurance Services and provides advisory support to Aniline Inc. From January 2007 to September 2020, Jim held various senior vice president roles at Prudential Financial, leading initiatives in financial wellness, product management, and distribution within the group insurance sector. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at MetLife, focusing on strategic planning and institutional business services. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stony Brook University.
