Joline Lequia is currently the Human Resources Manager at O-I, since June 2021. Prior to this role, they held positions at Heartland Health Care Center of Henry for over 26 years, including roles as Human Resources Director with PHR SHRM-CP certification, Business Office Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Joline has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Western Governors University and Illinois Central College, respectively.
