Julie Hawkes has extensive experience in fleet maintenance, compliance, and insurance, currently serving as Group Leader at Owens Group UK since May 2014, where previous roles included Fleet Administration Supervisor and Fleet Engineering Office. Prior to this, Julie was Work Based Learning Manager at Skill Wales and coordinated the DfES Traineeships & Steps to Employment Programme at Gower College Swansea from July 2011 to November 2012, after holding various managerial positions there for nearly a decade. Julie began a career at Dewhirst as Production Manager from 1988 to 2002. Academic credentials include a PGCE/CertEd from the University of Wales Newport and GCSEs from Llangatwg Comprehensive School.
