Tom Daniel is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) management. Currently serving as Global Director of EHS for Owens Corning's Composites business since August 2004, Tom leads initiatives to enhance safety culture and minimize serious injuries across the organization. Previous roles include Enterprise Safety Manager, Regional Safety Leader for Insulation, and Business Unit Safety Leader for Construction Services at Owens Corning. Prior to this, Tom held safety management positions at Schindler Elevator Corporation and Centeon Pharmaceuticals, overseeing safety operations across multiple locations and developing critical safety programs. Tom's career began in various safety engineering roles at Sunoco, complemented by military service in the Ohio Air National Guard and the U.S. Air Force. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Toledo.
