Kirby Faircloth is an experienced operations leader currently serving at Owens Corning since October 2024. Prior to this role, Kirby was the Plant Manager at Agilyx, where oversight of a 24/7 advanced recycling and chemical manufacturing facility resulted in an impressive 87% increase in plant efficiency and improved PSM compliance through innovative safety initiatives. Earlier career highlights include serving as District Operations Manager and various management positions at Univar, where responsibilities encompassed directing multiple facilities and leading large teams while maintaining strict safety and regulatory compliance. Additional experience includes procurement and materials management roles at JAE Oregon and Kemira Chemicals, as well as military service in the US Navy. Kirby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University.
