Brett Zoroya is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on HRIS leadership, governance, and total rewards. Currently serving as the HRIS Leader at Owens Corning since September 2018, Brett collaborates with various HR leaders to manage talent management requests and maintain the HR Systems and Payroll Center of Excellence resource model. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Regional Payroll and Global Data Management at Yanfeng USA, Global Process Owner of HR/Payroll at ZF/TRW, and Director of HRIS at American Laser Skincare. Brett holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Kaplan University, along with an Associate's degree in Business Management from Massasoit Community College and military training from the United States Army.
