Shah Faisal is currently the Operations Lead at Oware Technologies. Prior to this, they served as the Warehouse Shift Lead at Bazaar Technologies from October 2020 to October 2021. Shah has also worked as the Operations Team Lead at Nestle Pakistan Ltd from July 2014 to March 2020, where they were responsible for Transport Management and Dispatching & Warehousing Operations. Shah Faisal has also worked as Business Support Staff at Nestle Pakistan Limited from December 2011 to June 2015. Prior to that, they were with Pakistan Friut Chaat as Business from November 2009 to December 2011. Shah Faisal started their career with Nestle Pakistan Ltd as Sales Associate from March 2008 to October 2009 and later served as Store Incharge at Pak Water Bottlers AVA from December 2000 to February 2008.

Shah Faisal has a Bachelor of Arts from Karachi University, an I.Com from Government Degree College, and a Matric from Govt. Boys' Sec. School. Shah also has a Masters in Theirtory from Karachi University and is certified from Nestle Pakistan Limited in Nestle Quality Show Certified.
