Tanya Joy Morris is an experienced professional currently serving as a Strategic Partner to OVO Tech within OVO's Strategy Team, where responsibilities include developing tech business strategies and driving high-priority initiatives. Tanya has also held various leadership roles within OVO, such as Growth & Zero Carbon Living Change Lead and Programme & Project Senior Manager, successfully managing teams and overseeing significant change projects. Prior to OVO, Tanya had a long tenure at Airbus, where key roles included A380 Fuel System Programme Leader and A350 Landing Gear Systems Engineering Team Leader, focusing on project delivery and system solutions for aircraft development. Tanya holds a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
