Diana Einterz possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Director at OVHcloud since October 2021, Diana collaborates with board members and the executive team following a notable IPO. Previously, as President of the Americas at SITA from January 2018 to July 2022, Diana was responsible for the business's overall performance while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. In earlier positions, Diana was an Independent Board Member at Covad Communications, guiding strategies for a successful sale, and held multiple senior leadership positions at Orange Business Services, managing major accounts and international operations. Diana's career began at AT&T, where a variety of managerial roles were undertaken in transport and infrastructure. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from McGill University.
