Michael Liggett is currently the Vice President of Programs at Overview Energy and previously held various leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies, including Director of Surveillance Systems Division, Director of Strategic Programs, Director of Technology Programs, and Senior Manager of Corporate IR&D. With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in composite materials, Michael has a strong foundation in technology and program management. Prior to his roles at Raytheon, he worked as a Composite Materials Process Engineer at NASA. Michael holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and has also completed executive programs in Program Management.
