Russell H. Brooke is a board member at Overtown Youth Center. Russell was previously with Accenture from February 1997 to August 2010, where they served as manager and executive. Brooke has a wealth of experience in providing cross-industry operational enablement expertise, developing and implementing strategic operating plans and policies, service models, communication plans, org models, mentoring and issue/risk management programs, quality/continuous improvement programs, and disaster recovery programs. Russell is also experienced in contract and policy review and compliance, working with and managing offshore resources, building, deploying, and supporting operations for global outsourcing clients, global diversity & inclusion initiatives, recruiting, and event planning.

Russell H. Brooke has an MBA in International Business and Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, a BSM in Finance and Management from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, and certification from the Florida Board of Realtors in LREA.
