Ron F. has over 30 years of experience in quality management and facility operations. Currently serving as VP of Quality and Facility Manager at Overton Chicago Gear since January 2016, Ron previously held significant roles at Joy Global Inc. as Sr. Quality Engineer from June 2007 to January 2016, and at Bodycote as Plant Manager in 2007. Ron's career began at Overton Gear and Tool Corp, where Ron worked as Heat Treat Manager from August 1990 to June 2007, solidifying a comprehensive background in quality assurance and operational management within the manufacturing sector.
