Alison Ford is an experienced educator and leader in the field of inclusive education and therapy, currently serving as the Head of Inclusive Education & Therapy at Overseas Family School since August 2022. Alison's career includes roles such as Learning Support Teacher, Inclusive Education Coordinator at EtonHouse International Education Group, and Counsellor & Learning Support Teacher at Green School. With a strong background in special educational needs and emotional support, Alison has held senior leadership positions at Nord Anglia Education, where responsibilities included developing additional needs provision and facilitating workshops. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of East London, a PG Cert in Special Educational Needs Coordination, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology from Teesside University.
