Russell N Thomas Jr. serves as the Madagascar Country Director for Overland Missions since May 2019, where Russell is focused on establishing a missionary training center in Antananarivo to cultivate discipleship. Previously, Russell held the position of Regional Sales Director at TASC from August 2015 to April 2019, contributing significantly to the nation's largest privately-held third-party administrator. Russell's experience also includes a role as a Licensed Field Training Agent at USHEALTH Advisors and as the Director of Disaster Restoration Operations at ServiceMaster Restore, managing major operational responsibilities for a leading disaster restoration company in Central California. Russell possesses a Bachelor of Theology degree from Global Theological University and has military experience from the United States Marine Corps.
