Kristin McLaughlin is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as Clinical Manager and Clinical Nurse Supervisor at Overlake Medical Center & Clinics since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin worked at Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC from February 2016 to June 2021 as a Registered Nurse. Kristin's nursing career began at Palmetto Health, where a role as a Registered Nurse at Palmetto Health Children's Hospital from October 2010 to June 2015 involved work as a staff nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit and three years as charge nurse. Kristin also served as a staff nurse in a medical-surgical unit at Palmetto Health from March 2007 to October 2010, including two years in a charge nurse role. Kristin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Nursing Studies from Francis Marion University.
