Zach D. is a skilled QA Analyst at OverDrive since February 2021, with a robust background in product support. Prior to this role, Zach served as an English Second Language Tutor at Ringle, providing feedback and cultural insights to Korean professionals and students. Zach also worked as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me), where responsibilities included teaching English across various educational levels and translating documents.
