Sharon Aurelia Siew has held various roles in the marketing and digital industries over the past decade. In 2018, they were the Marketing Director at Overdrive IOT Pte Ltd and Managing Partner at KENA. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Client Services Director at REBL. From 2010 to 2016, they held multiple roles at Grey Group, including Head of Digital Client Services, Senior Digital Account Manager, and Digital Account Manager. From 2008 to 2010, they were Account Manager at Verticurl Pte Ltd. In 2007, they were an Account Executive at GleeTech Limited.

Sharon Aurelia Siew began their educational journey in 2002, when they attended Jurong Junior College and earned an A Level in Physics and Economics. Sharon Aurelia then attended the University at Buffalo from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, they attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Mass Communication in Mass Communication.
