Maleeka leads the human resource team at Overbond and is responsible for talent acquisition/onboarding, performance management and people & culture initiatives. Prior to joining Overbond, Maleeka has worked in setting up and scaling human resource activities in a high growth start-up. Her prior experiences include roles in recruitment, training and development, performance management and organizational development.

Maleeka holds an MBA with specialization in human resources from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
