Meg Keaney currently serves as General Counsel at Overaa Construction, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this, Meg worked as In-House Counsel at Revolution Foods, where responsibilities included advising on employment, business, real estate, and intellectual property matters, as well as drafting various contracts and HR policies. Meg's legal expertise was further honed during a tenure as Senior Associate Attorney at Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP, assisting public school districts with complex transactional issues. Meg began a legal career in litigation and consulting roles, including positions with the Law Offices of Daniel Feder, San Francisco City Attorney's Office, and the United States District Court. Meg earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Humanities focused on Activism and Social Change from the New College of California.
