Lynn Schwallie is an experienced educator currently serving as a Literacy Consultant at OVEC since 2013. Prior to this role, Lynn taught fifth grade at Union County Public Schools from August 2011 to June 2013 and held fifth grade teaching positions at Scott Teays Elementary in West Virginia and multiple elementary schools in Kentucky. Additionally, experience includes teaching special education at George Washington Middle School and Buckner Alternative High School. Lynn holds two National Board Certifications in Middle Childhood Generalist, with the first awarded in 2003 and renewed in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Marian University Indianapolis.
