Sarah Grau began their work experience in 2011 at SELLBYTEL Group Spain as a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, they handled the entire recruitment process, including daily HR tasks and process optimization. Sarah also coordinated interviews and collaborated with cross-functional departments.
In 2015, Sarah joined Hays as a Digital Technology Recruitment Consultant. Their responsibilities included sourcing candidates for client vacancies, utilizing databases and online job boards, and managing administrative tasks.
In 2017, Sarah transitioned to Outvise, where they initially worked as a Talent Search Consultant. Their duties involved sourcing and recruiting Digital & TMT experts globally, collaborating closely with managers to understand hiring needs, and meeting hiring goals. Later on, Sarah became a Partnerships Manager at Outvise. In this role, they developed and maintained company policies, executed client success strategies, and built collaborative relationships with partners.
Sarah Grau earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Queen Mary University of London from 2009 to 2011. Sarah then pursued a Master's degree in People and Team Management and Development in Organizations from Universitat de Barcelona, which they completed between 2014 and 2015. Prior to these achievements, Sarah also obtained another Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Administration, and Management from Leiden University, attending from 2007 to 2009.
