Mehdi AYED is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the outsourcing and customer relationship management sectors. As the Founding Director of Groupe Outsourcia since September 2022, Mehdi leads a company that employs over 3600 individuals across multiple countries, specializing in various outsourcing services. Mehdi has also served as the Vice Président of UTICA - EXTERNALYS since May 2012, advocating for contact center professionals. Previously, Mehdi founded and served as CEO of PhoneAct, which became a leading independent business process outsourcer in Tunisia. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Président of Axiome Media and working as an IT Consultant at Steria. Mehdi holds an engineering degree in Mathematics and Numerical Modelling from INSA and a Master of Science in Information Technology from ENSEEIHT, complemented by an MBA from IEDE.
