Chloé Beauvallet currently serves as Directrice générale at Groupe Outsourcia since September 2024. Previously, Chloé held the position of Directrice générale adjointe at Cogedim from April 2023 to May 2024, managing various sectors including Commerce, Marketing, Client, and Product, while also overseeing Communication and CSR initiatives. Between December 2016 and May 2023, Chloé was an independent board member at Boulanger and served as France Country Manager at Sitel from November 2019 to July 2022, leading the operations across 12 sites in the country. Prior to that, Chloé worked at BNP Paribas as Customer Marketing Officer from February 2018 to October 2019, focusing on customer transformation in retail banking. Chloé's experience also includes roles at PMU, where full responsibility for B2C omnichannel customer experience was held, and various positions at CANAL+ Group, I&E, Edelman, and inlingua. Chloé holds a DESS in European Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and a Maîtrise in Spanish Language and Civilization from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
