Matt Lechner has over a decade of experience in the technical recruiting and staffing industry, currently serving as Regional Leader and previously as Business Development Manager at Outsource since September 2010. Outsource specializes in providing technical talent for companies servicing wired systems in commercial buildings, including sectors like Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, Security, and HVAC. Prior to this role, Matt Lechner worked in sales at Berlin City Auto Group from February 2005 to September 2010, contributing to one of the leading auto dealers in New England. Matt Lechner holds a degree from the University of Maine.
