John Lowell has extensive experience in the specialized labor contracting sector, currently serving as CEO of Outsource since 1998. Under John Lowell's leadership, Outsource has focused on the wiring industries, encompassing structured cabling, electrical work, security systems, access control, and fire alarm systems. Prior to this role, John Lowell was the CEO of TEKsystems from 1994 to 1998, and also held the position of Account Manager. John Lowell holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Georgia, where education was completed between 1989 and 2001, and attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1988 to 1989.
