Jason Ong is a seasoned manager at Outsized, specializing in the Southeast Asian (SEA) and Australian/New Zealand (ANZ) markets, where responsibilities include connecting independent consultants with top-tier firms and driving regional business growth since May 2021. Prior to this, Jason held various managerial positions within Outsized, contributing significantly to the expansion of both the SEA and Middle East & North Africa (MENA) operations. Previous experience includes serving as a Management Associate at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, where Jason managed financial portfolios and achieved notable sales performance while completing a full-time undergraduate degree. Additional roles include operational and project-oriented positions at honestbee and Grab, as well as teaching experience with the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Jason completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Economics at the National University of Singapore and participated in an exchange program at Simon Fraser University.
