Jennifer Moscicki has extensive experience in the healthcare field, serving as a Targeted Case Manager at Outreach Community Health Center since August 2013. In addition to this role, Jennifer has also worked as an Intake Coordinator and Crisis Stabilizer at Outreach Community Health Centers during the same time period. Prior to this, Jennifer served as an AODA Residential Case Manager at Meta House, Inc. from January 2005 to January 2013. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Professional Writing and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Mount Mary College.
