Constance Palmer has an extensive work experience history. Constance started their career as a Program Manager at COA Youth & Family Centers from October 1997 to October 1999. Constance then worked as an Associate Director at My Home, Your Home, Inc. from January 1999 to July 2007. At My Home, Your Home Inc, they later served as the CEO from July 2007 to June 2016. Following that, they joined Outreach Community Health Centers, where they held multiple roles, including President & CEO, Interim President and CEO, and President and CEO Outreach Community Health Centers from November 2016 to October 2020.

Constance Palmer obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Service from Springfield in the academic year of 2003 to 2004.
