Leeni Aula is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production planning and research within the steel and mining industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Production Planning at Outokumpu since November 2022, Leeni leads a team that ensures timely product delivery and oversees development initiatives related to delivery performance and quality management. Previous roles include Technology Manager at AFRY, where project management and technical expertise were applied in investment projects for the mining and metals sector, and various positions at Outokumpu, focusing on production planning, research, and environmental management. Leeni holds an eMBA in Management of Technology and a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Oulu.
