Sawkiw has comprehensive expertise in diverse legal areas including commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, labor and employment law, corporate governance, and litigation. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with Honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor degree from BYU Law School.
