Daniela Solano Palacios is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, specializing in web3 regulations and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Associate at Outlier Ventures since March 2022, Daniela assists founders in navigating the legal complexities of the world's leading web3 accelerator. Daniela has held key positions in various organizations, including as a Board of Directors member for METALUB CR and a Senior Associate at EY, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Previous roles at Consortium Legal and ASOBITICO included practicing real estate law, arbitration, and corporate communications. Daniela holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law & Technology from King's College London and multiple legal degrees from Universidad Escuela Libre De Derecho and Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, including specialization in Notary & Registry Law and a Bachelor of Laws.
