Mika Bella Kayt has been working in the business world since 2006, when they began their role as an Intelligence Officer for the Israel Defense Forces. In 2010, they became the International Marketing Director for Aquology, an aquaculture company for Red-Claw Lobsters (Crayfish). In this position, they were the correspondent for POCs outside of Israel, marketed the product to new clientele/distributors, and managed exhibition and export logistics. In 2012, they became a Zell Alum and Co-Founder at Farmbow. In 2013, they Co-Founded and served as CEO of Take&Make. Finally, in 2017, they became CEO of Outgage, a company where B2B marketers can create and execute effective direct mail and gifting campaigns.
Mika Bella Kayt attended Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree through the Zell Entrepreneurship Program.
