Wes McGowan is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in various sectors of the industry. Currently serving as a Real Estate Representative at OUTFRONT Media since July 2021, Wes has also been working as an Independent Cannabis Real Estate Consultant since October 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions at Verano Holdings, LLC from October 2018 to September 2019, and holding positions at Colliers International, where Wes functioned as an Associate and Property Administrator, managing over 600,000 square feet of diverse properties. Early experience includes internships at Marcus & Millichap and CB Richard Ellis. Wes holds a degree from the University of Michigan, completing studies from 2005 to 2009, and has a solid educational foundation from Lake Forest High School and Lake Forest Country Day School.
