Sarah Endres, MSHA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Outer Cape Health Services, where multiple roles including Interim Site Director and Director of Human Resources have also been held since July 2021. Previously, Sarah held various leadership positions at VNA of Cape Cod from December 2013 to July 2021, focusing on patient care transitions and public health. Additional experience includes roles at Cape Cod Healthcare, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Rogers and Gray Insurance Agency, and Sun Life. Sarah is a four-time recipient of Sun Life Financial’s "Catch a Rising Star Award." Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Professional Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
