Kass Goodwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona. She spent her 32-year engineering career primarily in the medical device industry, first in Colorado and then the last 20 years in Minnesota at Medtronic, a global leader in medical technology, services and solutions. Ms. Goodwin’s expertise is in firmware product development for implantable devices such as pacemakers, cardiac monitors, and defibrillators. She also has experience in cardiac device complaint analysis and FDA adverse event reporting, essential to Quality and Compliance for medical devices.
