Joseph (Joe) Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management across various industries, including outdoor gear, beauty supplies, and consumer products. As a Partner at Outdoor Element LLC since 2015, Joseph has been involved in shaping a startup in the outdoor/survival gear market. Joseph serves as President of Adoga International LLC and has consulted as COO for Mayvenn, where contributions included optimizing operations during a period of rapid growth. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at The Kyjen Company, Aspen Pet Products, Li'l Davis Designs, and others, where Joseph successfully led transformations, managed accelerated growth, and developed new processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
