Rhonda Norvell, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Head of People at Outdoor Cap Company since July 2016, Rhonda has held key positions including Director of Human Resources at KORE Outdoor and Human Resources Manager at JT Sports LLC. Previous roles include Retail Link Analyst and Payroll/Benefits Coordinator at CROSSMARK, and various positions at Snider Corporation. Rhonda holds an Associate degree in Business & Communications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a graduate of Jacksonville High School.
