Charles Roe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Outcomesâ„¢ since August 2021, Charles specializes in software testing for IOS and Android platforms, utilizing Agile Scrum methodology and tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA. Prior to this role, Charles worked at Computer-Rx for over 13 years, where responsibilities included on-site hardware installation, software training, and support for over 250 pharmacies across the United States. Charles began a career in customer service at Walmart, managing cashiers and resolving customer issues. Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Oklahoma.
