Raji Pradeep has over 20 years of experience in the field of software development and architecture. Raji is currently the QA Manager for Product Management & Development at Outcome Chains. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Architecture at WageWorks from January 2006 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for platform strategy and architecture development, engineering execution, and the development of a highly customizable multi-tenant SaaS product. Raji also oversaw the development of a large scale payment system and an offshore development center.

Before joining WageWorks, Raji Pradeep was a System Architect at Wells Fargo from January 2004 to December 2005. In this role, they delivered architecture services to the bank's mission critical projects. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Architect at Savvion from January 2003 to December 2005, where they led a team of consultants in delivering Savvion products to its fortune 500 clients. Raji Pradeep has also held positions as the Director of Consulting at Vitria from January 1998 to December 2003 and Principal Consultant at Versant from January 1995 to December 1998.

Raji Pradeep received a BS in Computer Science from the Beijing Institute of Technology. Raji then went on to earn an MS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
