Chari Roberts has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2007 at Home Depot as a Service Desk Specialist. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Chronos Solutions as a Client Escalations/Quality Analyst, where they ensured open communication between banks, mortgage servicers, and community associations. In 2017, they joined CoreLogic as a Customer Service Team Lead, a role they held until 2023. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Unearthed Skincare. Currently, Chari is working as the Client Success Team Lead at Outamation.

Chari Roberts attended Allen High School, graduating in 2005. After high school, they enrolled at South Arkansas Community College from 2008 to 2009, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
