Samuli Hietala is a seasoned technical project manager with extensive experience in the automation and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Technical Project Manager of operations at ÅŒURA since May 2022, Samuli previously held roles at JOT Automation as Program Manager, R&D Project Manager, and Senior Designer, where leadership and project management of automated production systems were key responsibilities. Samuli co-founded PA Inventors Oy, focusing on product development for automated production applications, and worked at Ginolis Ltd as R&D Designer and Project Manager, contributing to automated solutions in medical technology. Earlier roles include R&D Designer at JOT Automation and Mechanical Designer at Nokia, with a strong educational background that includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Oulu and a Bachelor's degree in Machine Automation from Oulu University of Applied Sciences.
