Maribeth Hipolito, CRSP®, currently serves as the US and Offshore Onboarding Specialist at Our World Energy since November 2024. Prior to this role, Maribeth worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Sprout Solutions from May 2023 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment life cycle and cultivating relationships with talent. Experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Direc Business Technologies, Inc. from March 2022 to April 2023, handling end-to-end recruitment, as well as a Human Resources Trainee, focusing on candidate sourcing and interview scheduling. Maribeth began their career as a Human Resources Intern at the Department of Trade and Industry, streamlining recruitment processes. Maribeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Development Management from Dr. Yanga's Colleges Inc., completed in 2022.
