Sean Roberts serves as the Senior Manager of People Operations at Our Minds Matter since January 2024 and is a member of The Black In HR (TM) since August 2023. Previously, Sean held the position of Talent & Recruitment Manager at Ingenuity Prep from 2017 to November 2023, where responsibilities included developing recruitment initiatives with a focus on equity and organizational culture. Sean's background in education includes roles as an Educator and Teaching Artist, emphasizing arts education and the integration of creative practices in core curriculums. Sean has also worked as a Music Teacher at various Baltimore City Public Schools, where innovative music curriculums were developed and community engagement was fostered. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in Vocal Music, from Morgan State University.
