Thomika Segar, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Our Lady of the Lake, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Thomika was the Director - HR Business Partner at Ochsner Health System from June 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included supporting approximately 1500 employees across multiple hospital disciplines. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager for the Louisiana Market at PepsiCo from November 2012 to May 2018, focusing on talent agenda execution, and holding the role of Labor Relations Representative at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. from January 2009 to November 2012, where policies and procedures were developed for HR activities. Thomika's career began in the Human Resources Management Associate role at Northrop Grumman from July 2006 to December 2008, and included internship experience at PNC Financial Services. Academically, Thomika holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University.
