Joseph McNulty is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in law, currently serving as a Retired Partner at Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, LLC since December 2022. Prior to this role, McNulty was a Partner at Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, LLP from January 2014 to December 2022 and held a similar position at Post & Schell, P.C. from August 1983 until January 2014. Earlier in the career, McNulty gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for Hon. J. Sydney Hoffman at the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and for President Judge Lee Swope at the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. McNulty earned a Juris Doctor degree from Dickinson School of Law between 1978 and 1981 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Joseph's College from 1974 to 1978.
