Vincent James has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Vincent began their career at Shanghai UOP Joint Venture Company as the Manager of the New Ventures Group. Vincent then moved on to Shade Foods where they served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Extrusion Division. Vincent James continued their career at Nabisco Specialty Food Division as a Senior Manager, before joining Nabisco International as a Senior Manager in Export. Vincent later worked at Kraft Nabisco as the Director of New Business Development. Vincent James then went on to hold the role of Managing Director at Leng d'Or Snack Foods, SA. In 2005, they became the Founding Partner and CEO of the Mediterranean Snack Food Company, where they played a significant role in developing and changing the food industry's perception of natural, gluten-free, non-GMO snack products. After leaving Mediterranean Snack Food Company, Vincent James joined Saffron Road Foods as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Snack Division. Vincent'snext role was as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Rex's Outrageous LLC, a Portfolio Company of Halen Brands, Inc. Currently, Vincent James holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Our Home.

Vincent James holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing from Boston College Carroll School of Management. Vincent also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in International Marketing & Business from the University at Buffalo.
