Andre Vygnanski currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer at OUR Credit Union since February 2024. Previously, Andre held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Ukrainian Selfreliance Michigan Federal Credit Union from September 2018 to February 2024. Andre's earlier career includes a role as a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking at Chase from December 2009 to September 2018, where responsibilities included servicing commercial clients with revenues between $1 million and $20 million, and managing sales and goal-oriented teams across seven local branches. Andre also gained experience as a Relationship Banker and interned at Morgan Stanley. Educational qualifications include a degree in Entrepreneurship and User Experience from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oakland University, and ongoing Executive MBA studies at Harvard University.
