Hannu Huttunen is a distinguished professional in the field of economics and technology with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as a Professor of Practice at the University of Oulu since September 2024, Huttunen also holds several board memberships, including positions at Riitta ja Jorma J. Takasen säätiö sr., CoreHW, and Pohjaset Oy, as well as the Oulu University of Applied Sciences. From October 2010 to January 2024, Huttunen contributed to Bittium as CEO, President of the Wireless Business, and Board Advisor. Prior to that, Huttunen was the CEO of NetHawk Oyj from September 2002 to September 2010 and held the role of Vice President at Nokia Mobile Phones between May 1995 and September 2002. Huttunen earned an MSc in Economics from the University of Oulu, completing studies from 1988 to 1993.
