Ghislain de Boissieu has a varied work experience, beginning in 2015 with a Project Manager role at EMLYON Junior Conseil. In 2016, they held a Financial Analyst role at Procter & Gamble, as well as a Corporate Marketing Strategy Analyst role at Ralph Lauren. In 2018, they were an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company, and held the roles of Head of Tribe, Sales & Account Manager, and Product Manager & Scrum Master at Bam.tech. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Chief of Staff to the COO - Tribe Qualité de Service at Ouihelp.

Ghislain de Boissieu has a Msc in Management from emlyon business school from 2013 to 2017, and a Classe préparatoire ECS from Lycée Saint Jean de Passy from 2011 to 2013.
